For over 30 years, my professional journey has woven through what some might see as very different worlds: I’ve been a therapist, holding space for profound human experiences; a university professor, dedicated to making complex ideas accessible and empowering students with knowledge; and a CEO, navigating the strategic, financial, and operational realities of running a business.

Through it all, I noticed a common thread. I saw so many incredibly talented, mission-driven individuals—especially women and BIPOC entrepreneurs—who were masters of their craft but felt overwhelmed and underserved by the traditional, ‘one-size-fits-all’ world of business advice. They had the passion and the skill but were missing a supportive partner who could see their whole picture and help them piece it all together.

I started Mosaic Business Consulting to be that partner. I wanted to create a space where strategic business planning meets genuine compassion; where financial acumen is balanced with a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset; and where every business owner feels seen, valued, and empowered.

The name “Mosaic” comes from my belief that every business, and every entrepreneur, is a beautiful collection of unique pieces—your skills, your values, your story, your dreams. My ‘why’ is to help you artfully arrange those pieces into a cohesive, successful, and stunning masterpiece that is authentically YOURS!

Beginning any business comes from the passion to have an impact, find flexibility and freedom, and passion to work hard at something meaningful. KnappCreative Coaching – 5 Elements of Transformation started in my garage (literally) while I was thumbing through files upon files of curriculum materials I had used in my teaching career.

The foundation of my business is the time I spend in mediation, years I’ve spent teaching and facilitating, and decades either cycling or hiking outdoors in the beauty of the geographies I’ve lived.
As my business grows, integrating components of my passions, interests, and knowledge leads me to support and serve my community with mindfulness and ease.

Jeremy Ashburn is the founder of PushLeads, an SEO and digital marketing agency serving 35-45 clients across industries including medical spas, roofing companies, and franchises. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in combining traditional SEO with AI-focused optimization strategies.

Jeremy graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2003 with a BA in Graphic Design and spent eight years as an Executive Recruiter at Kimmel & Associates, which he credits as his best business training. By 2009, he began an intensive self-guided journey into internet marketing, spending years learning from industry experts and experimenting with his own websites.

In 2011-2012, Jeremy created two successful membership sites that taught internet marketing to over 1,500 subscribers. He founded PushLeads in September 2012 to offer businesses comprehensive web design and promotion services under one roof.

Jeremy's approach emphasizes what he calls the "AI buffet" strategy—creating comprehensive, 3,000+ word content pages optimized for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search tools. His agency has delivered proven results including tripling search visibility in 90-day periods and moving keywords from page 3 to top 3 positions. He also created Incredible Roots, a custom SEO silo builder tool that automates content creation for agencies managing multiple clients.

Jordan specializes in helping entrepreneurs begin and maintain their small businesses in cost-efficient and effective steps. Jordan's business advising career began during a significant period of market volatility: the week COVID-19 closed public schools in 2020. The subsequent two years were spent mastering risk mitigation and adapting to constant change, serving as a crash course in operational resilience. Following Hurricane Helene in 2025, Jordan shifted focus to work with small business owners who utilized the storm's destruction as a path into entrepreneurship. She was instrumental in helping many employees transition successfully from managers into owners, providing the essential structure needed to navigate the long road to recovery.
